How often do you need to:

Getting the input of an expert in difficult situations such as these was once seen as an unnecessary extravagance. Nowadays, however, support and challenge from an experienced coach - inside or outside your organisation - who can offer a balanced, sympathetic, yet objective view, is often a necessity, not just a luxury.

- 'I'm having to take on more responsibilities, with fewer resources and less time. How does my boss expect me to handle it?'
- 'I don't have anyone at work I can ask for help, yet I'm being asked to do things which I can't be expected to know!'

There never seems to be a training course that gives you what you need, just when you need it. In fact, when did you last attend a training course? And what did you get out of it? Our clients tell us that, even when they have time for training, most traditional development courses involve them in substantial periods of time away from the job, cover a general range of material, and provide only limited ideas about application.
And all the good ideas and fancy action plans stay in the folder within a couple of hours of returning to 'the real world' and the day-to-day pressures of their jobs.
